Chicken meat, grocery turkey meat, and chicken eggs - as B9 folic acid is fed to chickens and grocery turkey in the United States predominantly, from hatching to maturity, and thus B9 folic acid is in the contents of slaughtered chicken meat, and in the contents of unfertilized eggs laid by chicken hens of B9 fortification in their daily feeding.
Pork meat - as B9 folic acid is fed to swine in the United States predominantly, from birth, and thus B9 folic acid is in the contents of slaughtered pork meat.
Pastas, rice, breads, and potatoes which exhibit pre-processing possible before cooking or restaurant and grocery packaged preparation, as these products are predominantly laced with moderate amounts of petroleum vitamins, in heavy coverage of all such offerings.
